#zach-tracks-that Calorie intake tracked with [[Apple Health]]. Over the course of the week my calorie intake slowly rose, which is pretty telling. Its good to track this as it allows me to see that my average over the week did not properly reflect the deficit I was aiming for and achieved on [[2023-07-24|Monday]] and [[2023-07-25|Tuesday]]. However, it is still a deficit which is good, and I'm seeing progress (albeit slow progress) on my weight. ![[week-of-july-24-calorie-intake.jpeg]]
